Grassroots Academy FC is a secure platform designed to help grassroots football coaches manage trials, fixtures, and communication with parents without interfering with how your club operates.

What Is This Platform?

  • Free platform for individual grassroots teams and coaches
  • Helps manage trial applications, friendly fixtures, calendars, and team updates
  • Each team gets their own site and dashboard with no club wide access required
  • Designed to reduce coach admin and improve communication with parents

Does It Replace Club Systems?

No. It does not replace your club website, Matchday app, WhatsApp, or registration flow. It operates at the individual team level only, and supports not overrides your existing structure.

Who's Behind This?

Grassroots Academy FC was created by UK based software developers with over 15 years of experience working on secure systems for major institutions in finance, education, and legal sectors.

This is not a social network. It's a purpose built admin tool designed to respect safeguarding and empower your coaches.

Safeguarding & Data Protection

  • No child surnames, profile photos, or images are required
  • All personal data is encrypted using AES 256 at rest and TLS in transit
  • Parents must explicitly consent to any media submissions or highlight content
  • Consent is captured via video confirmation timestamped and stored for audit purposes
  • Coaches cannot post media without parent approval
  • All accounts are traceable to a verified phone number and email

Club Control & Oversight

  • Clubs can optionally create a branded "parent club" hub page to group their teams
  • Teams can choose whether or not to appear on their parent club's listing
  • Complaints submitted via the platform are visible only to the coach (unless escalated externally)
  • No changes are made to your club's communication or data systems
