You may use Grassroots Academy FC only for lawful purposes related to grassroots football, including team management, communication, trial registrations, and information sharing.

You must not:

• Post misleading, offensive, or abusive content
• Misrepresent your identity or club
• Attempt to interfere with platform functionality, security, or hosting infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for any individual or club that violates these terms or undermines team culture.

Some features require registration (e.g., club setup, coach dashboards). You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• Ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date
• Immediately reporting unauthorised access

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., team data, parent emails, trial responses). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to display, host, and process it strictly for the purpose of delivering platform services.

We do not sell your data.

We may use anonymised usage patterns to improve platform functionality. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Clubs and coaches may submit highlight video clips featuring players for consideration in platform features (e.g. Highlight of the Week). All such content must be approved by a nominated parent or legal guardian through our parental video consent process.

We will not publish any child-identifiable media without:

• Verified parental consent
• Manual review and watermarking
• Approval through our internal moderation process

Clubs and parents are solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions to submit video content. We reserve the right to reject or remove any highlight submissions at our discretion.

By using our free or premium team websites, you confirm:

• You have rights to any logos or images uploaded
• You will not upload copyrighted or infringing content
• You are responsible for your club's compliance with FA or league branding rules

We reserve the right to remove or suspend sites that breach content rules or damage platform integrity.

Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You can cancel at any time via the billing portal
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or feature tiers with notice

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these terms
• You abuse the platform or harass others
• Your use poses a risk to the platform or its users

You may close your account at any time via your team dashboard.

Grassroots Academy FC is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss, reputation harm, or financial damages
• Disputes between clubs, parents, or players
• Club decisions made using the platform
• Content submitted by third parties (e.g. videos, trials, messages)

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be clearly communicated on the platform.
