Each team you manage requires its own subscription. When you upgrade a team to Pro, only that specific team gets access to premium features. You can manage multiple teams with different plans from a single coach account.

Coaches may reject applications for a number of reasons including age group mismatch, full squads, or red flags in the application. Coaches cannot give individual feedback for every rejection.
